Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for products that arrive Damaged. Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, you are eligible for a return within 3 days of the delivery date.

Return Process
If your item arrived damaged, follow these steps to initiate a return:

- Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on returning the item.
Refunds
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
